Description
A translucent, ruby red color, this wine opens with lovely fruity notes of black cherries comingled with hints of strawberries, cedar and tobacco. These flavors extend to the fruit-filled palate with additional earthy and spicy notes. A classic and elegant expression of Gabbiano’s Chianti Classico terroir, the wine is supported by firm tannins balanced by fresh acidity and good complexity.
Serve with roasted red meats, game with rich sauces, aged cheeses and more.
