Here’s the inaugural vintage of this blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in estate vineyards, including some vines planted over three decades ago. It’s styled to showcase depth, complexity and an abundance of blackcurrant along with hints of hibiscus, eucalyptus and cedar. Pour with roast lamb or, as the producer suggests, baked brie with a dollop of fig jam.
